Fairspot Interview

Everyone that takes design seriously knows that managing your vision all the way through a project is easier said than done. Obstacles like the client that wants it done their way, or an insane deadline that causes the concept phase to be ignored are just a few of the reasons our true intentions seem to crumble and crack the closer they get to completion. So it makes you wonder, how do some people manage to get it done more often than not? A perfect example is our man Peter “Hejz” Jaworowski. Hejz has been cranking out some serious work for some serious clients for several years, all without letting a peep of mediocre work slip by. Is it natural talent or a ton of blood, sweat and pixels? You might just be surprised.

Here you can find whole interview. Hope you find something usefull there. Have a nice read.

‘Because healthy babies are happy babies’

During last months, we have worked on the new site for Bebiko, one of the sub-brands of Nutricia Poland, producing food for babies.

Bebiko came along with a little competition, allowing people to submit videos and photos of their children, finishing up the sentence: “Do I look like…?” The main theme for the site was a happy, bright and “smiling” environment, so we figured out to create kind of a baby room with lots of funny toys and details. We’ve had a lot of fun creating those little flash and 3D animations and overall, it was fun to work on the site :) Of course, there are also desktop wallpapers and a nice screensaver…

A nice addition is also, that the site loads in two variations - night and day, depending on what time of the day you’re browsing it. The day version displays before 6pm and after that time, you will see the night version. You can also switch it at any time!

Have a nice clicks :)

Idiomag - Your Personalized MagazineIdiomag is a music magazine with front-end made in flash. It’s full of videos, photos, music and of course interesting information. You have control over the magazine content. You can remove articles which you think are not interesting and mark those you love. Your choices are taken into account and next time when you load a new magazine, content is selected more precisely. We established our relationship with Idiomag about year ago. Over this period of time we’ve been doing mostly flash development works. In the last few days we’ve just finish major update which includes video play list with post-roll advertising display and improved magazine xml structure.
